Customer Obsessed Engineering will be adopting a professional journal price as of December 1.
This past year of publishing Customer Obsessed Engineering (“COE”) has been exciting, sometimes challenging, and hugely rewarding.
We’re coming up on COE’s one-year anniversary. When I originally launched, I set a few goals:
Publish the Delivery Playbook in a more easy-to-consume format.
Include stories, career development lessons and relevant articles about technology.
Share my knowledge and experience from Accenture, Lightbend, and 40 years of startups.
At launch, I didn’t feel it would be appropriate to charge a professional publication rate at the time. First, I wanted to establish the journal, create a library of knowledge, and turn it into something you can easily leverage in your career.
Now I feel COE has hit that milestone — roughly one year on from launch!

From December 1, 2024, the new price of $24.99/month (or $249/year) will take effect. Sign up before December 1 to cement your low $9/month pricing for life! You can also lock in team and group pricing at this low rate.
